Our Story

A leader in the Front Range commercial real estate community, Caleb David launched David Commercial Real Estate to continue his successful background in commercial real estate brokerage. A visionary and thought-leader in the industry, he is passionate about coming alongside individuals, organizations and businesses so that they may see their goals, ideas, business plans, or dreams actualized with a holistic approach. With a deep love and connection to the local and global community, and a drive to deliver excellence and leave an indelible mark in all he does, David Commercial Real Estate was formed in 2020.

David Commercial has been built on the belief that humans live their fullest lives when they are seen, heard, and are deeply known. Whether we’re brokering a purchase, sale, lease agreement, or advising our clients and investors, we seek to listen intentionally and provide exceptional service at every step of the process.

We never view relationships as transactions and would never push you towards something we don’t believe in ourselves.

With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, David has brokered hundreds of deals that have come in all shapes, sizes and complexity. You’ll find reliable expertise in office, medical, retail, industrial, and land markets. And as an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings his own unique insight and experience to each client’s journey.

David Commercial’s team is rooted in the Front Range of Colorado Springs and community development is core to everything we do. Working in commercial real estate is incredibly rewarding as we are able to invest in the growth of our community through our influence. Caleb has served as the President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association (SCCB) and is a part of the Colorado Springs Small Business Advancement team and has been a sought-after voice and speaker for the Colorado Springs market.

Having deep experience in the field has led to an appreciation for the nuance of each client journey and need. Our clients have overwhelming resonated with our approach that is rooted in listening and customizing. Commercial real estate shouldn’t be reserved for a select few, so we aim to create an accessible, authentic, and dynamic experiences for each client.

Caleb David

Principal and Broker Advisor (he/him/his)

Creating space for people to be seen, heard and known makes Caleb David come alive. His love for the Front Range community, partnership, and connecting with people has helped Caleb to become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He provides reliable expertise in office, medical, retail, industrial and land markets. As an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings a unique perspective and solid advice to his local, national and international clients. 

Caleb is a part of the 2022 Colorado Governor's Fellowship and Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. He had the privilege of serving as the 2019 President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB) Association and is a part of the Colorado Springs Small Business Advancement team (www.cosopenforbiz.com), developed in partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. He also serves on the ReTool COS Committee and serves as a Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in El Paso County. 

With almost 20 years in the non-profit sector, Caleb’s desire is to use his platform and resources to bring awareness to social justice issues and to vulnerable and oppressed people on the margins. He is the Founder and President of The Table Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to building relationships between global communities. He was also the recipient of the Golden Rule Young People’s Goodwill Ambassadorship Award presented by Dr. Clyde Rivers and Ambassador Mussie Hailu in 2014 for his work and commitment to the people of Ethiopia.

An epicurean at heart, Caleb loves traveling and sitting down to a delicious meal with friends and family.

Abbey Mitchell

Client Relationship Manager (she/her/hers)

Abbey started her position with David Commercia Real Estate as Client Relationship Manager in February of 2022. Earning her real estate license in 2015, she began her commercial real estate career with Newmark Knight Frank as the Transaction Services Specialist in their Colorado Springs office.

Although growing up in the Pacific Northwest is a huge part of her story, she moved to Colorado Springs in 2007 and found her true “home” in Colorado. When she’s not serving our clients, Abbey stays busy raising her three children, active in school, sports, and hiking.

Beth A. Diana

Broker Associate (she/her/hers)

Beth brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to David Commercial and her clients. She has several years of land development experience that includes project management, entitlement, and commercial and residential design review. In addition to 12 years of government experience that included city planning, affordable housing, grants, and zoning, she is currently a Commissioner on the El Paso County Housing Authority Board. She received the 2014 City of Colorado Springs Mayor’s Award, recognizing Service Above and Beyond. When Beth is not advocating for her commercial real estate clients, she loves biking and loves to be in the mountains relaxing with her family by a lake.
