Our Story
A leader in the Front Range commercial real estate community, Caleb David launched David Commercial Real Estate to continue his successful background in commercial real estate brokerage. A visionary and thought-leader in the industry, he is passionate about coming alongside individuals, organizations and businesses so that they may see their goals, ideas, business plans, or dreams actualized with a holistic approach. With a deep love and connection to the local and global community, and a drive to deliver excellence and leave an indelible mark in all he does, David Commercial Real Estate was formed in 2020.
David Commercial has been built on the belief that humans live their fullest lives when they are seen, heard, and are deeply known. Whether we’re brokering a purchase, sale, lease agreement, or advising our clients and investors, we seek to listen intentionally and provide exceptional service at every step of the process.

And as an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings his own unique insight and experience to each client’s journey.
David Commercial’s team is rooted in the Front Range of Colorado Springs and community development is core to everything we do. Working in commercial real estate is incredibly rewarding as we are able to invest in the growth of our community through our influence. Caleb has served as the President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association (SCCB) and is a part of the Colorado Springs Small Business Advancement team and has been a sought-after voice and speaker for the Colorado Springs market.

His love for the Front Range community, partnership, and connecting with people has helped Caleb to become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He provides reliable expertise in office, medical, retail, industrial and land markets. As an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings a unique perspective and solid advice to his local, national and international clients. Caleb also is the host of the Commercial Real Estate Unfiltered Podcast.
Caleb was a part of the 2022 Colorado Governor's Fellowship and former Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. He had the privilege of serving as the 2019 President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB) Association and is a part of the Pikes Peak Small Business Advancement team developed in partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. He also served on the ReTool COS Committee and serves as a Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in El Paso County.
With almost 20 years in the non-profit sector, Caleb’s desire is to use his platform and resources to bring awareness to social justice issues and to vulnerable and oppressed people on the margins. He was the Founder and President of The Table Initiative, a non-profit organization that was dedicated to building relationships between global communities. He was also the recipient of the Golden Rule Young People’s Goodwill Ambassadorship Award presented by Dr. Clyde Rivers and Ambassador Mussie Hailu in 2014 for his work and commitment to the people of Ethiopia.

Jaeden Jones is a Colorado native through and through — born and raised in a state he genuinely loves, and building a real estate career rooted in the same communities he grew up in. Jaeden brings the same consistent approach to every client relationship: honest communication, hard work, and a real investment in the people he serves.
Jaeden is proud to be part of the David Commercial Real Estate/Keller Williams Premier Realty team in Colorado Springs. He works with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants gaining hands-on experience across office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. His goal is simple: help clients find opportunities that actually align with their vision and goals.
Jaeden also works with residential buyers, sellers, and investors, and he brings that same energy and commitment to every transaction. He believes that navigating real estate — whether it's your first home or your fifth investment property — should feel supported and straightforward, not overwhelming.
Outside of work, Jaeden is actively involved in his church community and loves spending time outdoors. You'll likely find him on a golf course or a disc golf course somewhere across Colorado. That deep, lifelong connection to Colorado gives Jaeden a genuine appreciation for the people, businesses, and communities that make it such a special place to live and work.
